This Privacy Policy describes how ChanceITstudio LLC ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use TCMVP at www.tcmvp.com ("Service"). By using the Service, you consent to the practices described here.

We do not collect payment card numbers. We do not collect real estate license numbers, Social Security numbers, or government identification. We do not track your browsing behavior across other websites.
We use collected information to: create and manage your account; provide deadline tracking and reminder features; send automated and manual reminder emails on your behalf; process subscription payments via Stripe; enforce rate limits and prevent abuse; debug errors and maintain reliability; comply with legal obligations; and communicate material Service changes. We do not use your data for advertising, behavioral profiling, or sale to third parties.
When you add email addresses to your teams, those addresses are stored solely to deliver the reminder emails you configure. By adding an address you represent that you have authority to send communications to that person in a professional capacity. Recipients receive a one-click unsubscribe link in every automated reminder. Unsubscribing disables reminders for that specific transaction. We do not independently contact team member addresses for any purpose other than delivering the reminders you configure.
We share data only with the following service providers, solely to operate the Service:

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose your personal data to any other third party. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ChanceITstudio LLC or others.
We implement the following technical and organizational security controls:
No system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to: access personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data (most data is editable directly in the Service); request deletion of your account and associated data; request data portability in a machine-readable format; and opt out of automated email reminders (via the in-app toggle or the unsubscribe link in any reminder email). The Service uses session cookies maintained by Supabase for authentication purposes only. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or behavioral analytics. Cloudflare may set security and performance cookies as part of its infrastructure service.
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise California rights contact [email protected].
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service you consent to this transfer.
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the Effective Date and, where practicable, by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
